The entire crew at Younger Auction Company are very professional, with great communication. YAC conducted six art pottery auctions over the last few months, all from one consignor. I was an active on-line bidder at all six and purchased multiple lots at each. I communicated with Renee several times regarding condition, etc.. She responded immediately and was very thorough in her responses to my inquiries. They held my purchases for a few weeks after the February auction as I was out of the country on vacation. Renee called to inform me that a friend of mine from the Minneapolis area was bidding in person the June auctions, which I was not aware of. Arrangements were made for him to transport purchases so I could save on shipping. They even wrapped pottery immediately after the last auction and allowed him to take them before they invoiced me! All items were safely packed and in excellent condition. I listened live to a few of the auctions which proved to be very entertaining. The auctioneer has a great old-fashioned cadence, with funny quips added from time to time. Very personable. My friend who attended in person stated that these were the best run and most enjoyable auctions he'd attended in years. I concur. I highly recommend the Younger Auction Company! Responsive and Helpful - I like that YAC ships the items themselves. I had a couple of questions relating to the shipper and Renee at YAC was terrific - very responsible and she managed the issues quickly. Really appreciated Renee getting back to me so quickly! The Beaman auction was on March 9th, and rained pretty much all day. This was the first auction we were involved with on the seller side. We recommend anyone in the need of an auction should put Younger Auction Gallery #1 on their search list. Our need was based on the death of my husband. They were compassionate with me, and respectful of Son Kevin. Kev was the man in the know. Professional staff, great advertising, internet bidding were professional, and thorough . Made sure every step was explained before any step was taken. Sorry for the short story, however, we wanted everyone to know we were pleased, relieved, and felt confident in Mark and his crew’s business sense, and compassion. We thank you. This is a top shelf auction company. They provide online absentee bidding services which means I don't even have to go to the auction, I can bid right from my computer at home or even before the auction starts! They provide moving and cleanup services before the auction starts so my stuff looks clean and presentable, and his team is awesome at organizing and presenting the auction merchandise. Mark is awesome at bringing what he says the auction will produce. He's a straight forward honest guy and most often seems like his auctions bring more that he anticipates. Ralph Samsonite 8/12/17
